Telehealth

Olympia Pediatrics offers telemedicine visits. Appointments that may qualify for a telemedicine visit include: rash, sleep issues, constipation management, ADD/ADHD/Depression and Anxiety follow up visits, and certain medication checks may be eligible for telehealth with your providers approval.

This visit will take place via a secure web portal, face to face with your provider. The platform we use is called Doxy.me. Co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance apply to all telehealth visits.

The patient must be present for the visit and be located in Washington state.

Please call our office to find out if the reason for your visit is eligible for a telehealth visit.

What to Expect

Please call our office 10 minutes prior to your appointment to check in with the front desk and make any applicable co-pays. (Olympia Pediatrics 360-413-8470)
After you check in with the front desk please check into the virtual waiting room at Doxy.me. Please use Chrome for your web browser.
The patient must be present for the visit and be located in Washington state.
If you have been asked to fill out any forms, please go to our forms page to complete the necessary forms for your appointment, such as PHQ9, GAD 7 or SCARED.
Be sure you are in an area with a good Wi-Fi connection.
If you are using a cell phone or laptop for the visit, be sure it is well charged or plugged in for the visit.
