Telehealth

Olympia Pediatrics offers telemedicine visits with our Behavioral Health providers.

This visit will take place via a secure web portal, face to face with your provider. The platform we use is called Doxy.me. Co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance apply to all telehealth visits.

The patient must be present for the visit and be located in Washington state.

What to Expect

 
  • Please call our office 10 minutes prior to your appointment to check in with the front desk and make any applicable co-pays. (Olympia Pediatrics 360-413-8470)
  • After you check in with the front desk please check into the virtual waiting room at Doxy.me. Please use Chrome for your web browser.
  • The patient must be present for the visit and be located in Washington state.
  • If you have been asked to fill out any forms, please go to our forms page to complete the necessary forms for your appointment, such as PHQ9, GAD 7 or SCARED.
  • Be sure you are in an area with a good Wi-Fi connection.
  • If you are using a cell phone or laptop for the visit, be sure it is well charged or plugged in for the visit.
