Patient Portal

Olympia Pediatrics will be launching a new patient portal in December.  Our current patient portal will be turned off on Monday, November 30th.  After this date, please be aware you will not be able to access your child’s records or message your provider until you register on our new portal.  

Log in to the New Patient Portal

At this time, we are registering patients who are already scheduled for an appointment.  Siblings may or may not receive an email at the same time.  As you can imagine – we have a lot of families to register.  We are trying to prioritize those who are scheduled first.  If you have an upcoming appointment, you can expect a welcome email with your child’s registration PIN.  Please register for your account as soon as possible after you receive your Welcome Email.

To register for the new portal, you will need the patient PIN number provided by our office via your Welcome Email.  Parents will register themselves for the portal and then use the patient PIN provided to them to add their child to their account.  Each child will have their own PIN which will be unique to that child so access to one child’s account will not gain access to any others.

Please note, we will not be using all the features of the new portal just yet and some of those features will not be implemented via our portal.
