Amy Belko, PhD, MD, FAAP
Amy Belko, PhD, MD, has been a pediatrician in Olympia since 1994. Prior to her career in medicine, Dr. Belko completed a PhD in nutrition from Cornell University. She worked as a nutritionist for several years, studying the effects of exercise on obesity and weight loss.
Karen Fukui, MD, FAAP
Karen Fukui, MD, FAAP,has been practicing in Olympia since 1990. She received her medical degree from the University of Washington and completed her pediatrics residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Maria Huang, MD
Meet our newest member of our Team . . . Maria Huang, MD. She took over Ed Steinweg, MD practice, who retired July 2011. We are very happy to have her! Maria Huang, MD is a Board Certified pediatrician who provides care in general pediatrics, including inpatient and newborn care.
Lin O'Leary, MD, FAAP, MA
Lin O'Leary, MD, FAAP, has been with Olympia Pediatrics since they started in July of 2001, after being with Memorial Clinic for 14 years. Dr. O'Leary performs all aspects of general pediatrics with a special interest in school and learning problems.
Dana Mark Petersen, MD, FAAP
Dana Mark Petersen, MD, FAAP, has been in practice since completing his residency at Seattle Children's Hospital. Special interests include behavioral pediatrics, children with special health care needs and international medicine.
Bridget Sipher, MD, FAAP
Bridget Sipher, MD, FAAP has been with Olympia Pediatrics since 2005. Dr. Sipher received her medical degree at the University of Washington. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Utah/Primary Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT where she was also chief resident.
Ed Steinweg, MD, FAAP
Ed Steinweg, MD, FAAP, retired from practice on July 31, 2011. He will be missed by all of us here at Olympia Pediatrics. We wish him a very Happy Retirement!
Brad Stephens, MD
Brad Stephens, MD has been with Olympia Pediatrics since September 2008. Dr. Stephens offers expert care in all areas of Pediatric Medicine including outpatient, inpatient, and newborn care.
Kathy Berndt, ARNP
Kathy Berndt, ARNP joined our practice on August 25, 2008, with 13 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Kathy's practice is open to accepting new patients providing primary care for newborns through adolescents.
Shaina Long, PA-C
Shaina Long, PA-C joined our practice May of 2010 after working in Montana doing Family Practice and Orthopedics for the last 4 years. We are happy to have her here at Olympia Pediatrics.
