The physicians at Olympia Pediatrics are preferred providers for the following insurance plans:
- Aetna
- Cigna
- First Choice
- Great West
- Pacificare HMO
- PHCS
- Premera Blue Cross
- Regence Blue Shield
- Uniform
- United Health Care
If your insurance plan is not listed above, please contact our office.
For your first visit, plan to arrive 20 minutes early to complete the registration process. At each visit, be prepared to show your insurance card and/or medical coupon and pay your co pay. We cannot guarantee that your appointment will be honored if you do not bring all required information for your check in. Patients who have more than one insurance are asked to provide a copy of each card. Patients with no insurance are required to pay a $50.00 payment prior to their visits.
To make your check in process more efficient, you may complete the registration forms in our forms section prior to your arrival at our office.
